Cody is Principal & Managing Partner of Bluebird CRE, the principal investment platform (a d/b/a of Leivas Real Estate Company, LLC). He underwrites and buys Midwest industrial deal-by-deal, and leads acquisitions at affiliated Summit Real Estate Services. Involved in $750M+ of commercial transactions, the majority Midwest industrial. Previously underwrote commercial loans at Partners Bank of California. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate from Chapman University, an M.S. in Investment Management & Financial Analysis from Creighton University, and a B.S. in Finance from Azusa Pacific University.

Kevin is Managing Partner of Bluebird CRE and Principal of Summit Real Estate Services, the affiliated brokerage and property-management arm. Summit does not own Bluebird — Bluebird buys as principal; Summit operates. 20+ years in commercial real estate and more than 300 sale transactions. Previously Managing Director at Lincoln Property Company and at Studley, Inc. (now Savills North America). He holds a B.A. in Communications and Economics from Boston College.
